六種情況　Face ID會無法解鎖

蘋果十周年紀念新機iPhone X將在11月開賣，而該機將搭載最新的Face ID。許多人或許對於蘋果發表會上，Face ID解鎖失敗的一幕印象深刻；在會後，蘋果立即發表聲明，指稱是因為辨識錯誤次數太多而失敗。近日，蘋果發表一份官方文件，指稱會造成暫時失效的原因有6個，發表會上的「失敗太多次」是其中一項。

一、裝置開機或重新開機初期，也就是剛打開時。（但剛開多久則不確定，也許是幾秒鐘時間。）The device has just been turned on or restarted.

二、該裝置超過48小時未解鎖。 （The device hasn’t been unlocked for more than 48 hours.）

三、過去156小時，也就是大約六天的時間沒被解鎖，以及過去4小時沒用Face ID啟動。（The passcode hasn’t been used to unlock the device in the last 156 hours (six and a half days) and Face ID has not unlocked the device in the last 4 hours.）

四、裝置被遠端封鎖（The device has received a remote lock command.）

五、錯誤辨識高達5次。（After five unsuccessful attempts to match a face.）

六、啟動SOS緊急服務，也就是同時按住音量與電源鍵2秒。（After initiating power off/Emergency SOS by pressing and holding either volume button and the side button simultaneously for 2 seconds.）

同時文中提到：文中提到，13歲以下的兒童因為發育極快，臉部的變化較大，因此不建議使用Face ID，使用密碼為佳。
