Volunteers Clear Flood Debris in U.S.

More than six months after severe flooding devastated Washington state's Cape Horn community, Tzu Chi Seattle volunteers joined the Washington Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (WAVOAD) to help residents clear debris and continue the long road to recovery.
