巴西魯拉將出席土耳其聯合國COP31氣候峰會

巴西利亞，10月30日（路透）——巴西總統府週五表示，巴西總統路易斯・伊納西歐・魯拉・達席爾瓦將出席在土耳其安塔利亞（Antalya）舉行的COP31氣候峰會。BRASILIA, Oct 30 (Reuters) - Brazilian President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva will attend the COP31 climate summit in Antalya, Turkey, the Brazilian presidency said on Friday.

這項確認是在魯拉上週日剛連任巴西總統後不久宣布。The confirmation came shortly after Lula was re-elected president of Brazil, last Sunday.

魯拉預定於11月10日抵達安塔利亞，參加11月11日至12日在聯合國年度氣候談判期間舉行的領袖峰會。11月13日，他將前往菲律賓出席東協峰會（ASEAN summit）；這是他連續第二年受邀出席。Lula is scheduled to arrive in Antalya on Nov. 10 for the Nov 11-12 leaders' summit at the annual UN climate negotiations. On Nov. 13, he will travel to the Philippines for the ASEAN summit, which he was invited to attend for the second consecutive year.

魯拉將把COP主席職務移交給土耳其。土耳其將在未來一年監督這場會議，並與負責協調外交談判的澳洲採取共同安排。Lula will hand over the COP presidency to Turkey, which will oversee the conference over the next year under a shared arrangement with Australia, which is coordinating the diplomatic negotiations.
