Damien Spleeters, founder of Heimdall, a specialist organization focused on illicit supply chains and weapons procurement, identified the missile fragments as showing the “motor section of a ballistic missile (body and rear-fin arrangement) consistent with the Iranian-designed Kheibar Shekan family.”
