中國無線通訊公司移遠通信在美國訴訟中指控泰利特發動抹黑行動

根據向美國佛羅里達南區聯邦地方法院提出的訴狀，泰利特提出並宣傳不實且具誤導性的說法，稱移遠通信的模組以一種可讓中國政府操控的方式運作。Telit made and promoted false and misleading claims that Quectel's modules operate in a way that allows manipulation by the Chinese government, according to the lawsuit, filed in US District Court in the Southern District of Florida.

以 Telit Cinterion 名義營運的泰利特，未立即回應採訪請求。被列名為被告的是 Telit IoT Solutions。Telit, which operates as Telit Cinterion, did not immediately respond to a request for comment. Telit IoT Solutions is the named defendant.

The company sued the Pentagon in May, denying the allegation and saying it was causing it serious economic harm. The lawsuit is ongoing.

The lawsuit says a Telit employee registered a quectel.us domain name and the company used it to redirect traffic to a disparaging Wikipedia page.
