召喚抹茶控!韓國超人氣 不同濃度「六階抹茶」馬卡龍

從2020年開始就陸續在SNS上出現依照濃度區分為六階的抹茶馬卡龍,前所未有的概念加上以抹茶含量所調配出的深淺顏色、夾著不同餡料的漸層畫面看起來份外療癒,也經常引起網友們的關注。

由韓國首爾甜點咖啡店﹑後來開放線上下單訂購的café un.forget六階抹茶馬卡龍,依據抹茶含量的高低搭配製成6種不同的口味,顏色愈淺就代表抹茶味道越淡、顏色越深抹茶味道也就更為濃郁。

根據品嚐過的網友表示,第一階顏色最淡的抹茶奶霜馬卡龍吃起來的口感說是抹茶口味其實會更偏向帶有香草味,味道既不會太濃也不會太甜,隨著級別的增加,顏色逐漸變成深綠色,據實際嚐過第六階的網友表示,抹茶味道是其他級別的2倍以上,除非是死忠的抹茶愛好者,否則濃郁的味道一般人可能會比較難敢嘗試。

如果覺得平常的馬卡龍太甜,略帶有澀味並帶有獨特香氣的抹茶,搭配豐富具有層次感的內餡絕對是抹茶控不可錯過的滋味,漸層色調不僅看起來療癒也會覺得心情相當愉悅,除了抹茶馬卡龍之外,還有巧克力系列的馬卡龍,一樣也很受到歡迎,雖然3月27日以後café un.forget Seongsu分店即將關閉,不過未來有機會到了韓國旅行,還是可以預先訂購、寄送到所住的飯店品嚐看看。
