中國共產黨要求忠誠，誓言收緊紀律

北京11月1日（路透）——中國執政的共產黨在一項關於強化內部紀律的正式決議中，將忠誠要求置於核心位置，並誓言持續推動高壓反貪腐運動，以清除黨內「雜質和病毒」。BEIJING, Nov 1 (Reuters) - China's ruling Communist Party put the demand for loyalty front and centre in an official resolution on toughening internal discipline, and vowed to keep waging its high-pressure anti-corruption campaign to cleanse the party of "impurities and viruses".

這項決議於本週一場重要的黨內領導層會議通過，並在週四一份較短的公報中預告。決議強調，必須加大力度在黨內灌輸對黨的忠誠，並依據官員在日常工作、個人言行、社交往來和家風中展現的「黨性」來審查和拔擢官員，同時推進其「自我革命」。The resolution, adopted during a key party leadership gathering this week and previewed in a shorter communique on Thursday, stressed the need to intensify efforts to instil loyalty to the party within its ranks, vet and promote officials based on their "party spirit" assessed through their day-to-day work, personal conduct and remarks, social contacts and family values, and carry forward its "self-revolution".

國營新華社週日發布的決議稱：「黨的隊伍總體是好的，但思想不純、組織不純、作風不純等問題尚未得到根本解決。」"The party's ranks are sound overall, but problems of ideological impurity, organisational impurity, and impure work style have not yet been fundamentally resolved," according to the resolution released by the state-run Xinhua news agency on Sunday.

中共領導層要求對幹部實施更嚴密、貫穿職涯的監督，包括更嚴格核查官員個人事項申報；若家庭資產或支出看似與合法收入不符，則展開調查。The party leadership called for closer, career-long oversight of cadres, including tighter checks on officials' personal disclosures and investigations where family assets or spending appear out of line with legitimate income.

決議也要求例行審查官員家屬的經商活動。It also called for routine scrutiny of the business activities of officials' family members.

文件顯示，反貪腐行動將瞄準隱蔽性及科技助長的貪腐，包括代持股份，以及利用加密貨幣、區塊鏈和跨境資金便利貪腐。The anti-corruption drive would take aim at hidden and tech-enabled graft, including proxy shareholdings, and the use of cryptocurrencies, blockchain and cross-border funds to facilitate corruption, the document showed.

文件要求黨員堅決維護習近平作為黨的「核心」的地位，並在「思想、政治和行動上」同最高領導層完全保持一致。The document called on party members to resolutely safeguard Xi's status as the party's "core" and to remain fully aligned with the top leadership "in thought, politics and action".

習近平在就該決議所作說明的演說中表示：「只有以恆心韌勁推進全面從嚴治黨，不斷清除侵蝕黨的健康肌體的病毒，才能確保黨不變質、不變色、不變味，確保紅色江山代代相傳。」"Only by advancing full and rigorous party self-governance with unwavering persistence, and continually removing the viruses that corrode the party's healthy body, can the party be ensured never to lose its nature, conviction and character, and can the red country be passed down from generation to generation," Xi said in a speech explaining the resolution.
