Spanish Volunteers Thank Tzu Chi After Floods

After catastrophic floods struck Valencia in eastern Spain, Tzu Chi volunteers united across borders to help affected communities. Later, Spanish volunteers traveled to Kaohsiung, Taiwan, to express their gratitude and pledged to continue spreading Tzu Chi’s compassion at home.
