俄羅斯FSB稱，美方通報後一名未成年人因公園攻擊威脅遭拘留

11月1日（路透社）—— 國際文傳電訊社報導，俄羅斯聯邦安全局（FSB）週日表示，在美國通報後，一名俄羅斯未成年人因涉嫌威脅要在莫斯科一座公園發動恐怖攻擊而遭拘留。Nov 1 (Reuters) - Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said on Sunday that a Russian minor had been detained over a threat to carry out a terrorist attack in a Moscow park following a tip-off from the United States, news agency Interfax reported.

FSB週六表示，該局已透過既有夥伴管道收到美方提供的資訊，內容涉及有人準備在莫斯科發動攻擊，FSB正採取相應措施。On Saturday, the FSB said it had received information from the US through established partner channels about preparations for an attack in Moscow and was taking appropriate measures.

國際文傳電訊社引述FSB說法報導，這名未成年人曾在TikTok發布自己的照片，照片中他身穿戰術服裝、戴著巴拉克拉瓦頭套，手持看似自動武器的物品；他也發布了在莫斯科察里津諾博物館保護區拍攝的照片，並附上文字：「我找到地點了。」The minor had posted photographs of himself on TikTok wearing tactical clothing and a balaclava, holding an object that looked like an automatic weapon, as well as photographs taken at Moscow's Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve with the caption: "I found a place," Interfax cited the FSB as saying.

安全部門在聲明中表示：「我們感謝美方提供相關資訊。」"We are grateful to the American side for providing the information," the security service was quoted as saying in its statement.

根據國際文傳電訊社，FSB表示，官員搜索這名未成年人的住處時，發現了社群媒體貼文中出現的服裝和配件；他的手機則顯示，他訂閱了通訊軟體Telegram上一個新納粹頻道，並有「大量關於恐怖攻擊、大規模殺戮及其他暴力行為的搜尋」。It said officials searching the minor's home found the clothes and accessories seen in the social media posts, while his phone showed a subscription to a neo-Nazi channel on the app Telegram and “a significant number of searches concerning terrorist attacks, mass killings and other acts of violence,” according to Interfax.

FSB表示，俄羅斯偵查委員會正在考慮要採取何種法律或程序行動。Russia's Investigative Committee is considering what legal or procedural action to take, the FSB said.

察里津諾是莫斯科南部一處宮殿博物館暨公園園區，在美方通報後於週六暫時關閉。Tsaritsyno, a palace museum and park complex in southern Moscow, was temporarily closed on Saturday following the US tip-off.
