藍色啤酒？倒出來宛如日本富士山的「青い富士山〈生〉」

說起啤酒，一般都會聯想到隨著麥芽烘烤時間、溫度的拿捏，呈現由淺至深從金黃色、琥珀色、褐色到黑色…不同的啤酒色澤，不過你曾見過青色的啤酒嗎？

由專門開發、銷售與富士山相關食品產品的富士山プロダクト，聯手精釀啤酒製造商Far Yeast Brewing所共同合作生產，從1月28日起開始在日本全國販售的「青い富士山〈生〉」是一款以酒精飲料忠實呈現富士山的色彩與山頂積雪印象的產品。

這回最新的作品「青い富士山〈生〉」是以啤酒為基礎，將來自富士山的天然水透過精釀製成5%的酒精濃度，從構思到規劃花了兩年半的時間，經過反複試驗、開發，重現出富士山岩石表面的美麗藍色，倒入杯中啤酒的白色泡沫會形成富士山頂長年積雪的靄靄輪廓。

售價946日圓、330ml的青い富士山〈生〉，帶有抑制啤酒花苦味的漿果及柑橘果香，入口還能感受到代表山梨縣「晴王麝香葡萄」的淡淡清爽。
