店家以白色為主打色，搭配木質桌椅，整潔明亮的關係，環境的舒適感也提升不少，因為有大片落地窗，所以很多座位都能照到陽光，寒冷的冬天也不怕皮皮挫啦！

不過除了環境之外，「Cuore Espresso（쿠오레에스프레소）」最大賣點還是餐點，尤其「柴犬造型起司蛋糕」更是店內的人氣甜品，柴犬的花紋、圓圓的眼睛和小巧的鼻子都被維妙維肖的複製在蛋糕上，只能說業者真的很有心！

此外，店家會依據季節和節慶在餐點上面做出調整，比如在聖誕節時，可愛的柴犬換上新造型，戴上了可愛的聖誕帽，甚至還化身成有紅鼻子的麋鹿，小編直接被融化！

其實不只柴犬，「胡蘿蔔蛋糕」也很夯，蛋糕上的胡蘿蔔其實就是瑪德蓮，而下方的「造型泥土」其實是由兩層海綿蛋糕夾著奶油，再撒上酥脆的麵包屑而成的，不管是外觀還口感，都無法挑剔！
