來自菲律賓的53歲單身女子Dolly，在澳洲實現了這個夢想！她將總面積約5.4坪的小房子（tiny house）改造成4房2廳，很難想像這間小小的房子裡面居然包括2個臥室、洗手間、更衣間、廚房和客廳，而且Dolly把它佈置得很有風格，整體明亮清新的氛圍讓每個人看了都好想入住，另外她還在房屋底下裝了輪子，如果看膩眼前的風景，找輛牽引車就可以自由搬家，號稱「功能最齊全的小房子」。

因為面積不大，所以她利用高度來彌補，屋子裡改造成類似樓中樓的房型，一樓的廚房做成開放式與客廳相連，右邊則規劃成更衣間及廁所；二樓為2個臥室，空間雖緊湊但非常整潔，也妥善運用收納技巧，讓房子配備應有盡有卻不會感到擁擠。

Dolly在受訪影片中表示，自己從小在菲律賓長大，2013年因緣際會在紐西蘭看到當地有「tiny house truck」後一眼愛上，覺得如果可以擁有一棟自己的房子，在這個小天堂裡快樂過日子，才是她渴望的人生，因此毅然決然在澳洲買下tiny house，再改造成自己喜歡的樣子。她從前年就搬進這個「巨大洋娃娃屋」裡生活，也時常分享生活點滴在Instagram，愜意舒適的日常讓她獲得廣大粉絲，目前已有11.7萬的追蹤人數。

It’s the middle of autumn here in Australia and wouldn’t it be nice to visit the parks and gardens and be surrounded with all those wonderful autumn colours. That was exactly what my sisters and I were planning to do during their visit here which is now postponed. They have to settle with a summer experience in case things get back to normal after 8 months. In the meantime, rules or no rules, one is forced to self-quarantine when the weather is like this: rainy, windy and cold. But I don’t mind and I’m grateful to be where I am right now: in this tiny house, in this exact spot, in this farm, in this rural town, in this state, in this country.
