CW取消七部美劇！《噬血傳承》遭砍終結「噬血Y世代」宇宙13年旅程
又到了無線電視網做出續訂、取消劇集的最後時刻，而 The CW 在續訂《閃電俠》、《河谷鎮》等七部熱門美劇，接著取消超級英雄影集《明日傳奇》與《蝙蝠女俠》後，再大刀一砍，宣布以下七部劇集不再推出新一季！
此次遭到取消的影集如下：
《娜歐米》（Naomi）一季完結
《4400》一季完結
《噬血傳承》（Legacies）四季完結
《新墨西哥外星戀》（Roswell New Mexico）四季完結
《盲證》（In the Dark）四季完結
《聖女魔咒》（Charmed）四季完結
《朝代》（Dynasty）五季完結
其中，《噬血傳承》將在 6 月 16 日播出大結局，這也代表著終結《噬血Y世代》（Vampire Diaries）宇宙在 The CW 長達 13 年的旅程。

而在取消一堆劇集後，電視網將用《超自然檔案》前傳影集《The Winchesters》、《德州巡警》前傳衍生劇《Walker: Independence》，以及超級英雄新劇《高譚騎士》（Gotham Knights）取代，為觀眾帶來嶄新面貌。
