每年大約12月開始一直到隔年的2~3月左右是韓國的草莓季,11月底左右出的草莓價格會最貴,3、4月時的草莓會最便宜但也已非盛產期。每年冬季的韓國最令人期待的除了靄白雪景之外,就是又大又甜的草莓!就讓草莓狂編輯,告訴你市面上常見的「韓國草莓品種」的小百科吧~

#白草莓:萬年雪

白草莓是韓國近年來培育的新品種,外表是很淡很淡的淡粉色,果肉則是純淨的白色,有一個浪漫的名字「萬年雪」,彷彿被白雪覆蓋那般。萬年雪吃起來沒什麼草莓香氣,是屬於酸度較低、甜度較高、目前價位也最高的草莓品種,網友形容白草莓的滋味如同初戀一般酸甜酸甜的~

#紅草莓:論山草莓 논산딸기

韓國市面上最常見、價錢最便宜的就是一般大小的紅草莓,其中又以盛產地論山出產的章姬草莓最為普遍,最甜的則是雪香草莓(설향딸기)。這款草莓在產季時真的很少吃到酸的,顆顆都甜到心坎底,從來不愛草莓的編輯,偶然吃過一次後才相見恨晚~

#紅草莓:人蔘草莓 인삼딸기

會取名為「人蔘草莓」是因為農民把賣相不好、較小條的人蔘放在草莓園的土壤裡,讓草莓在成長過程中吸取人蔘的精華。人蔘草莓會比一般市面上常見的草莓來的大,口感上也會比較脆一點,吃起來是草莓香完全沒有人蔘味。

這款巨大紅草莓是草莓界的巨石強森,名字是KINGS BERRY,或者又稱「大王草莓」。巨大的程度有時單手僅能握兩顆,韓國 GS25便利商店有販售兩顆一盒的大王草莓,售價是2000韓元。
