俄羅斯、伊朗外長稱圍繞伊朗的衝突只能透過外交解決

9月25日（路透社）——俄羅斯外交部長拉夫羅夫（Sergei Lavrov）與伊朗外長週四會面。莫斯科表示，雙方一致認為，只有外交解決方案才能終結中東緊張局勢；這場緊張局勢是由美國與以色列對伊朗的戰爭所引發。Sept 25 (Reuters) - Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his Iranian counterpart met on Thursday and Moscow said both agreed that only a diplomatic settlement could end tension in the Middle East sparked by the US-Israeli war against Iran.

拉夫羅夫與伊朗外交部長阿巴斯・阿拉奇（Abbas Araqchi）在紐約出席聯合國大會期間會面後，俄羅斯外交部發表聲明表示：「雙方討論當前區域與國際議題，重點是圍繞伊朗的局勢。」"Current regional and international issues were discussed with emphasis on the situation around Iran," Russia's Foreign Ministry said in a statement after Lavrov and Iran's Abbas Araqchi met in New York on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly.

聲明說：「雙方強調，這場由美國與以色列非法行動挑起的危機，除了透過外交解決，別無替代方案。」"It was stressed that there is no alternative to a diplomatic settlement of the crisis provoked by the illegal actions of the United States and Israel."

俄羅斯總統普丁（Vladimir Putin）與伊朗總統裴澤斯基安（Masoud Pezeshkian）於2025年簽署戰略合作夥伴關係協議，內容規定深化雙邊關係並加強防務合作，但不包含共同防禦條款。Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Iranian counterpart Masoud Pezeshkian signed a strategic cooperation partnership in 2025 which provides for a deepening of bilateral ties and closer defence cooperation, but includes no mutual defence clause.

雙方都向對方提供軍事技術知識與裝備。Each side has provided the other with military know-how and equipment.

裴澤斯基安本月稍早感謝普丁對伊朗戰爭所採取的立場，並表示莫斯科與德黑蘭可以共同抵抗他所稱的美國「單邊主義」。Pezeshkian thanked Vladimir Putin earlier this month for Moscow's position on the Iran war and said together, Moscow and Tehran can resist what he called US "unilateralism".

裴澤斯基安在週四刊出的訪問中，被問及這場衝突是否可能在年底前結束時表示，伊朗戰爭何時結束，取決於美國的選擇。Pezeshkian said in an interview published on Thursday that it was up to the US to choose when the Iran war would end, when asked if the conflict could end by the end of the year.
