南韓與哈薩克簽署核能備忘錄，探討礦產貿易

南韓總統李在明與哈薩克總統托卡葉夫討論在全球經濟動盪之際進一步合作的可能性，南韓總統府表示。South Korean President Lee Jae Myung and Kazakhstan's President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev discussed potential for further cooperation at a time of global economic turbulence, the South Korean presidential office said.

總統府表示，李在明對托卡葉夫說：「哈薩克在未來高科技產業擁有巨大潛力，是南韓的重要夥伴。」"Kazakhstan holds immense potential in future high-tech industries, being a key partner for South Korea," Lee told Tokayev, according to the presidential office.

這份核能備忘錄是週二簽署的13份文件之一，其他文件也包括原油以及科學技術合作。相關細節未立即公布。The MoU on atomic energy was among 13 documents signed on Tuesday, which also included cooperation on crude oil and on science and technology. Details were not immediately available.

李在明週三將接待托卡葉夫及其他4個中亞國家的領導人，舉行多邊峰會，討論擴大合作。Lee hosts Tokayev and the leaders of four other Central Asian countries on Wednesday for a multilateral summit to discuss expanding cooperation.

南韓總理韓聖淑（Han Seong-sook）稍早在一場論壇上告訴企業領袖，兩國是時候超越原油和鈾的貿易，把鋰和關鍵礦產也納入合作。South Korean Prime Minister Han Seong-sook earlier told business leaders at a forum it was time for the two countries to go beyond trade in crude oil and uranium and include lithium and critical minerals.

紐西斯通訊社報導，她邀請企業運用南韓的先進技術，勘探並生產哈薩克豐富的礦產資源，以協助因應全球供應鏈日益升高的不確定性。She invited businesses to utilise South Korea's advanced technology for the exploration and production of Kazakhstan's rich mineral resources to help address growing uncertainties in global supply chains, the Newsis agency reported.
