布魯塞爾，9月23日（路透社）——希臘提議，歐盟成員國應成立「歐洲頻譜聯盟」（European Spectrum Union），可將未來各國出售6G行動通訊頻譜所籌得的部分資金用於科技投資，以減輕歐盟預算壓力。BRUSSELS, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Greece has proposed that European Union states should create a European Spectrum Union which could use some of the funds raised by future national sales of 6G mobile spectrum for technology investment, easing pressure on the bloc's budget.

相關融資談判十分艱難，因為這項預算必須因應新的挑戰，包括增加國防支出、提升歐洲競爭力，同時又要維持大部分既有政策支出，用於支持農業與凝聚政策。Negotiations on the financing are tough, because the budget will have to deal with new challenges like more spending on defence and making Europe more competitive, while retaining most of the spending on old policies to support farming and cohesion.

Ireland will now have to see which of these options, or a mix of them, has a chance to get unanimous support from all 27 EU countries by the next EU summit scheduled for October.
