Shelter Relief Efforts in Japan

At shelters in Uto and Yatsushiro, volunteers and local food truck operators are providing meals and other support to families affected by the earthquake. Tzu Chi also supplied privacy partitions from Taiwan to give those staying in shelters some much-needed personal space.
