邦茲、克萊門斯拿不到5票 想進美國棒球名人堂2031年後再說
美國棒球名人堂舉行「補選」，備受爭議的洋基先發右投克萊門斯（Roger Clemens），以及全壘打名將邦茲（Barry Bonds），都未能在票選中獲得足夠票數進入名人堂，下次候選機會需要等到2031年。
這次被列入候選名單球員，活躍於 1980 年以後，需經過「時代委員會」（Era Committee）的16名評選委員投票，補選入堂需要獲得最低門檻12票，而選手期間因禁藥爭議的2名昔日球星，包括生涯累積762轟，現年61歲的邦茲，以及累積 7次賽揚獎的63歲克萊門斯，這次都沒有獲得足夠票數。
根據美國媒體報導，2位球員得票數都不足 5 票，由於票數過低，2人將不會成為 2028 年（3年1次）的補選入圍名單對象，但2人仍可在2031的票選中，重新加入名單當中。

Barry Bonds has been left out of the HOF once again. Truly a disgrace to the sport.
