路透9月23日電——彭博新聞週三引述知情人士報導，人工智慧（AI）新創公司Modal Labs正洽談新一輪融資，估值約150億美元。Sept 23 (Reuters) - AI startup Modal Labs is in discussions to raise new financing at a roughly $15 billion valuation, Bloomberg News reported on Wednesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

路透社先前報導，Modal今年5月曾募得3.55億美元，當時估值為46.5億美元。Modal raised $355 million in May at a valuation of $4.65 billion, Reuters had previously reported.

這家新創公司協助AI企業取得運行AI工具所需的晶片，並提供一款沙盒產品，讓開發者在將程式碼嵌入自家產品前先行測試；這類程式碼越來越多是透過AI生成。The startup helps AI companies access the chips they need to run AI tools and has a sandbox product that allows developers to test their code, increasingly created through AI, before embedding it in their products.
