路透海牙9月16日電——菲律賓前總統羅德里戈・杜特蒂週三首度公開露面；18個月前，他被移送至國際刑事法院，就其掃毒戰爭相關的謀殺罪指控受審。THE HAGUE, Sept 16 (Reuters) - Former Philippines president Rodrigo Duterte appeared in public for the first time on Wednesday since being transferred to the International Criminal Court 18 months ago to face murder charges related to his war on drugs.

81歲的杜特蒂身穿黑色西裝、白色襯衫，出現在海牙的國際刑事法院法庭，出席一場關於其健康狀況及受審能力的聽證會；審判預定於11月開始。Duterte, 81, appeared in the ICC courtroom in The Hague dressed in a black suit and white shirt, for a hearing about his health and ability to stand trial, which is scheduled to begin in November.

他的律師主張，他有認知能力退化的情況，健康狀況不足以受審。His lawyers have argued that he suffers from cognitive decline and is not well enough to stand trial.
