澤倫斯基稱烏克蘭已將兩名遭俘北韓士兵送往南韓

澤倫斯基週三在聯合國大會演說中宣布這項移交。他表示，這兩名男子是在烏克蘭戰爭中為俄羅斯作戰時被俘，近日已被送往南韓。Announcing the transfer in an address to the United Nations General Assembly on Wednesday, Zelenskiy said the two men had recently been sent to South Korea after being captured while fighting for Russia in the war against Ukraine.

澤倫斯基在演說中說：「要活捉這些人並不容易。其中一人得知自己將被俘時，曾試圖自殺。而命運沒有讓他死去，這讓他感到震驚。」"These guys are not easy to capture alive. One of them, when he realized he was going to be taken prisoner, tried to kill himself. And he was shocked that fate did not let him die," Zelenskiy said in his speech.

烏克蘭於2025年1月在俄羅斯庫斯克州俘虜這兩名北韓人。他們是北韓2024年加入俄烏戰爭以來，首批遭活捉的北韓士兵。Ukraine captured the two North Koreans in Russia's Kursk region in January 2025. They were the first North Korean soldiers to be captured alive since the country joined the Russia-Ukraine war in 2024.

這項移交發生之際，南韓已表態支持重啟與北韓對話的努力，美國總統川普（Donald Trump）也再度表示願意與平壤接觸。The transfer comes as South Korea has voiced support for efforts to revive dialogue with North Korea and US President Donald Trump has renewed his willingness to engage with Pyongyang.

南韓總統李在明表示，烏克蘭將移交一事公開「令人深感遺憾」，並補充說，雙方原本已同意不對外披露。South Korean President Lee Jae Myung said it was "deeply regretful" that Ukraine had made the transfer public, adding that the two sides had agreed not to disclose it.

李在明在X平台貼文中說：「北韓戰俘遣返是高度敏感議題，對外交、國家安全以及朝鮮半島局勢都有重大影響。」"The repatriation of North Korean prisoners is a highly sensitive issue with significant implications for diplomacy, national security, and the situation on the Korean Peninsula," Lee said in an X post.

移交時機TIMING OF TRANSFER

南韓在野黨政治人物質疑，為何南韓政府沒有率先公布此事。Opposition politicians in South Korea questioned why Seoul had not announced the matter first.

據韓聯社報導，南韓在野黨國會議員庾龍源（Yu Yong-weon）週四告訴記者，這兩名男子上週末離開烏克蘭，經第三國轉機，並於三到四天前抵達南韓。South Korean opposition lawmaker Yu Yong-weon told reporters on Thursday that the two men had left Ukraine last weekend, transited through a third country and arrived in South Korea three to four days ago, Yonhap News Agency reported.

庾龍源被引述說：「雖然不清楚他們的確切所在地，但我相信我國情報機關正在保護他們。」"While their exact location is unknown, I believe our intelligence agencies are protecting them," Yu was quoted as saying.

南韓外交部以顧及這些士兵及其家屬安全為由，拒絕證實這項報導。南韓統一部未立即回應採訪請求。South Korea's Foreign Ministry declined to confirm the report, citing concerns for the safety of the soldiers and their families. The country's Unification Ministry did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

南韓6月表示，將接收任何為俄羅斯作戰後遭俘的北韓戰俘，並反對將他們遣返回俄羅斯或北韓。South Korea said in June it would accept any North Korean prisoners of war captured after fighting for Russia and opposed their repatriation to either Russia or North Korea.

澤倫斯基在演說中批評北韓派兵支援莫斯科。In his address, Zelenskiy criticised North Korea's deployment of troops to support Moscow.

根據烏克蘭與南韓估計，自2024年以來，北韓已派出約1萬4000至1萬5000名士兵支援俄羅斯的戰爭，其中多數部署在庫斯克州，協助擊退烏克蘭的攻勢。North Korea has sent an estimated 14,000-15,000 troops to support Russia's war since 2024, according to Ukrainian and South Korean estimates, with most deployed in the Kursk region to help repel a Ukrainian incursion.
