南非反批美國新的簽證限制措施

美國國務卿馬可・魯比歐週二宣布這些限制措施，使華府與普利托利亞之間在相對平靜數月後再度緊張。The restrictions, announced by U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio on Tuesday, renewed tensions between Washington and Pretoria after several months of relative calm.

美國駐南非大使週三稍早在社群平台X發文表示，簽證限制「只是系列升級措施的第一步」。The U.S. Ambassador to South Africa said in a post on X earlier on Wednesday that the visa restrictions were "only the first step in a series of escalatory measures".
