中國前食藥監管機關首長畢井泉因受賄入獄

北京，9月15日（路透社）——中國一家法院週二以受賄罪，判處已裁撤的中國國家食品藥品監督管理總局（CFDA）前局長畢井泉有期徒刑14年。BEIJING, Sept 15 (Reuters) - A Chinese court on Tuesday sentenced Bi Jingquan, former head of the now-defunct China Food and Drug Administration (CFDA), to 14 years in prison over bribery.

• 山東省東部一家法院在聲明中表示，畢井泉自1995年至2025年，在包括擔任CFDA局長及國務院高級官員等多個職務期間，非法收受財物逾5700萬元人民幣（849萬美元）。• The court in the eastern province of Shandong said Bi had illegally accepted more than 57 million yuan ($8.49 million) in money and assets from 1995 to 2025 in various posts including as CFDA head and as a senior official in the State Council, the court said in a statement.

• 法院在一審判決中表示，畢井泉收受賄賂，是為了在企業經營、行政審批及項目結算等事項上，協助相關單位與個人。• Bi accepted the bribes for helping entities and individuals in matters including business operations, administrative approvals and project settlement, the court said in its first instance judgement.

• 他於2015年初獲任命為CFDA局長，當時距中國政府啟動藥品審評程序重大改革只有數個月。• He was appointed chief of the CFDA in early 2015, a few months before the government launched a major revamp of China's drug review procedure.

• 在他任內，CFDA推動簡化並加速新藥審評流程，並推出多項措施以提升學名藥品質。• During his tenure, the CFDA advanced efforts to simplify and expedite the review process for new drugs, and introduced steps to improve the quality of generic drugs.

• 2018年，畢井泉因一宗重大疫苗醜聞的後續影響而辭職。• In 2018, Bi resigned amid fallout from a major vaccine scandal.

• 法院表示，畢井泉當庭認罪並表示悔罪。• Bi admitted guilt and expressed remorse in court, the court said.
