歐盟執委會主席馮德萊恩支持在「公然敵對的世界」中與加拿大建立夥伴關係

烏蘇拉・馮德萊恩在史特拉斯堡向歐洲議會發表年度演說時表示，歐盟正面對「一個公然敵對的世界」。她在演說中提出這個27國聯盟未來一年的優先事項。The bloc was dealing with "an openly hostile world", Ursula von der Leyen said in her annual speech to the European Parliament in Strasbourg, setting out priorities for the 27-nation EU for the year ahead.

她表示，會員國團結一致是唯一可行的解方。「我們的道路很清楚。就是打造一個有能力採取行動的獨立歐洲。」Solidarity among member states was the only possible solution, she said. "Our path is clear. Building an independent Europe that has the power to act."

Opinion polls see Marine Le Pen as the strongest contender in next year's presidential vote in France.

與加拿大合作WORK WITH CANADA

She said that the imbalance, with a goods trade deficit of €1 billion ($1.15 billion) a day last year, had reached a tipping point.
