德國將斥資最高17億歐元升級軍事資料加密技術

柏林，9月23日（路透社）——路透社週三看到的一份文件顯示，德國準備向資安公司 Secunet 訂購價值最高達17億歐元（19億美元）的加密技術，用於武裝部隊資料網路。BERLIN, Sept 23 (Reuters) - Germany is set to order encryption technology worth up to €1.7 billion ($1.9 billion) for armed forces data networks from security company Secunet, a document seen by Reuters on Wednesday showed.

根據該文件，一個關鍵國會委員會預計週三將批准與該公司達成協議，以推動德國聯邦國防軍（Bundeswehr）通訊網路加密技術現代化。According to the document, a key parliamentary committee is set to give the go-ahead on Wednesday for an agreement with the company to modernise the encryption of the Bundeswehr's communications networks.

首筆訂單金額略高於1億歐元，預計明年開始交付。Deliveries on a first order worth just over €100 million are due to commence next year.

消息傳出後，Secunet 股價在格林威治時間10時22分大漲11%。Shares in Secunet surged 11% at 1022 GMT on the news.

資金將透過一項所謂的下一年度承諾授權來確保。此外，國防部預估，至2030年前的使用還將產生約600萬歐元的後續成本。Financing is secured via a so-called commitment authorisation for the following year. In addition, the ministry of defence anticipates follow-up costs of around €6 million for use up to 2030.
