日內瓦，9月15日（路透）——聯合國難民署週二表示，葉門衝突再起已造成逾10萬人在國內流離失所，另有數千人搭船逃往吉布地。GENEVA, Sept 15 (Reuters) - The U.N. refugee agency said on Tuesday that over 100,000 people have been internally displaced by the renewed Yemen conflict and thousands more have fled by sea to Djibouti.
聯合國難民署（UNHCR）在聲明中表示：「人道援助通行仍是一大挑戰。安全情勢不穩、道路受損、電信中斷與行動限制，都正在影響救援行動。」"Humanitarian access remains a major challenge. Insecurity, damaged roads, telecommunications disruptions and movement restrictions are affecting operations," UNHCR said in a statement.
