巴西利亞，9月15日（路透社）——巴西最高法院週二延後決定是否對同院大法官亞歷山大・德莫賴斯展開調查；他遭指控曾向一名被控主導數十億美元詐欺計畫的銀行家提供建議。BRASILIA, Sept 15 (Reuters) - Brazil's Supreme Court postponed on Tuesday a decision on whether to open an investigation of fellow court member Justice Alexandre de Moraes over allegations he advised a banker accused of leading a multibillion-dollar fraud scheme.

大法官弗拉維奧・迪諾（Flavio Dino）要求更多時間審查此案，因此延後對此作出任何決定。會議在大法官們就程序事項進行表決時暫停，當時甚至尚未正式開始討論實體問題。Justice Flavio Dino asked for more time to review the case, postponing any decision on the matter. The session was halted while the justices were voting on procedural matters, before the formal discussion of the merits had even begun.
