銀湖資本、英特爾支持的 Altera 秘密申請在美首次公開募股

Other AI-related firms such as data center developer SB Energy have also sought to tap investor demand through IPOs.

英特爾於2015年以約167億美元收購 Altera。銀湖資本去年9月以44.6億美元收購 Altera 51%股權後，該公司成為完全獨立的公司；該交易對 Altera 的估值為87.5億美元。英特爾仍持有49%股權。Altera, which Intel bought for about $16.7 billion in 2015, became fully standalone last September after Silver Lake acquired a 51% stake for $4.46 billion in a deal that valued it at $8.75 billion. Intel retains a 49% stake.
