在老婆漢娜（Hanna Fairchild）已抵台展開活動的同時，效力守護者3A哥倫布快艇的台灣混血強打「費仔」費爾柴德（Stuart Fairchild）今戰海盜3A，在首打席獲四壞保送後，隨後連4打席都敲出安打上演「鐵支秀」，直升大聯盟再添利多籌碼。
費仔今第2打席敲出中外野平飛安打，第3打席靠短打跑出一壘安打，最終靠高飛犧牲打跑回分數，第4打席再度擊出左外野方向二壘安打，第5打席又靠突襲短打上壘。

此役費仔4打數4安打獲1保送，貢獻2打點，跑回2分，開季至今連6場都有安打，打擊率高達4成55、上壘率0.571、長打率0.818，攻擊指數更是高達1.389。
雖然守護者3A最終以10比11輸球，但費仔若持續有好表現，或許很快就有重返大聯盟的機會。
