美國邀請普亭出席12月G20會議，可能與川普舉行峰會

紐約，9月23日（路透社）——美國國務卿馬可・盧比歐週三表示，美國已邀請俄羅斯總統佛拉迪米爾・普亭出席12月在佛州邁阿密舉行的20國集團（G20）會議，屆時普亭可能與美國總統唐納・川普舉行峰會。NEW YORK, Sept 23 (Reuters) - The United States has invited Russian President Vladimir Putin to a December G20 meeting in Miami, Florida where he could hold a summit with President Donald Trump, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said on Wednesday.

克里姆林宮表示，俄羅斯將考慮這項邀請。The Kremlin said Russia would consider the invitation.

盧比歐在聯合國大會場邊會見俄羅斯外長謝爾蓋・拉夫羅夫後表示，儘管終結烏克蘭戰爭的努力陷入停滯，美國仍願意就這場戰爭與俄羅斯接觸。Rubio, speaking after meeting Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly, said the US remained open to engaging with Russia on the war in Ukraine, despite stalled efforts to bring an end to the conflict.

普亭與川普去年8月曾在阿拉斯加州安克拉治會面，但自俄羅斯全面入侵烏克蘭前以來，普亭未曾造訪美國本土48州。Putin and Trump met in Anchorage, Alaska in August last year, but Putin has not visited the lower 48 states since before Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

俄羅斯新聞社引述克里姆林宮發言人德米特里・佩斯科夫說，俄羅斯對這項邀請「心懷感謝並予以重視」。Russian news agencies quoted Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov as saying that Russia was "grateful and appreciative for this invitation."

他補充說：「我們將作出決定，並透過外交管道處理此事。」"We will make a decision and work through it via diplomatic channels," he added.

盧比歐也表示，川普也可能在G20峰會以及深圳舉行的亞太經濟合作會議（APEC）期間，再次與中國國家主席習近平會面。習近平週三將抵達華盛頓進行國是訪問。Rubio also said Trump could potentially meet again with China's President Xi Jinping — who arrives in Washington for a state visit on Wednesday — at the G20 summit as well as at the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation meeting in Shenzhen.
