Anzeige/ Another week of training is done🙌🏼 so happy that I have two days off now😇 Gestern standen wieder Tempoläufe auf dem Programm, deswegen bin ich froh, dass ich jetzt das restliche Wochenende frei habe🙌🏼🙈 wie ihr wisst, tracke ich mein Training immer mit meiner Honor MagicWatch 2, wie viel ich trainiert habe, wie viele kcal ich verbrannt habe (damit ich auch genug kcal wieder zu mir nehme) und wie belastend das Training für meinen Körper war. Während meiner Einheiten habe ich ausserdem meine Sauerstoffsättigung immer Blick. Ein spezieller Sensor warnt mich sogar, wenn ich es mal übertreiben sollte. 雖然今年因疫情影響，沒有什麼機會一睹Alica在田徑場上的比賽英姿，但還是可以follow她的IG過過乾癮，看完說不定馬上就有跑步的動力了！
