Dome structure collapses at training facility in Samut Prakan

A dome building at the Metropolitan Electricity Authority Training and Electrical Skills Testing Center collapsed around noon today in Samut Prakan province.

Rescue units were alerted to the incident at 11:45 a.m. Initial reports stated that four people were injured and were transported to hospital.

Rescue volunteers from the Poh Teck Tung Foundation and emergency medical personnel from Bang Phli who responded to the scene were denied entry. They were informed that the site’s own rescue teams would handle the operation, as the location is official property in Bang Sao Tong.
