STGT Set Up “PT Sri Trang Gloves Indo” in Indonesia for Supporting Business Expansion

Sri Trang Gloves (Thailand) Public Company Limited (STGT)announced that on 7 October 2021, the company has established a new subsidiary in Indonesia namely PT Sri Trang Gloves Indofor supporting the business expansion of the company, with a registered capital and shares of IDR10,000,000,000, divided into 1,000,000 ordinary shares with the par value of IDR 10,000 each. 

PT Sri Trang Gloves Indo will focus on the distribution of gloves.
