Ladprao pub fire death toll jumps to 41

Two more victims of the deadly Ladprao pub fire on July 12 have died, bringing the death toll to 41, according to the Erawan Centre, the medical service centre of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration.

The centre said one of the victims died at Rajavithi Hospital and the other at Taksin Hospital. No further details were available at the time of this report.

The centre also said 10 other injured victims remain hospitalised, including four in intensive care.

Twenty-seven people were initially killed and dozens of others injured when the fire swept through the ‘Rong Beer Na Ladprao’ pub in Bangkok’s Chatuchak district on July 12.
