已解散的人氣四代女團成員疑仍被公司綁約！引發「不公平合約」爭議
通常情況下，K-POP團體出道時與所屬公司的標準合約為期七年。若團體其後解散，成員通常可以自由選擇：改由其他公司經紀，或繼續留在原公司。然而，對於某個四代女團而言，情況卻有所不同。
以強大嗓音見長、隸屬RBW娛樂的PURPLE KISS（2021年出道），在完成最後行程後，於本月宣布解散。經紀公司已於2025年8月4日發布正式聲明確認此事，令許多粉絲心碎。
然而，隨著成員SWAN出面表示，即使團體已解散，每位成員仍會受公司合約拘束，直到標準的7年期滿，粉絲的悲傷也轉為擔憂。她同時對在當前情況下，成員們實際能展開的活動範圍，表達了懷疑。
SWAN表示 :「聽說我們以PURPLE KISS的身分雖然和公司已經結束了，但合約還在（雖然還不是所有事情都確定！），所以之後活動的可能範圍現在沒辦法確認 ㅠㅠ」
她繼續說道 :「我能說的就到這裡！不過我已經盡量說了。」
