War veteran hospital to seek police action over drug theft

The allegation came to light after it was revealed by Tanadej Pengsuk, a People’s Party MP for Bangkok, that he had received information from a former doctor at the hospital claiming that the practice had been going on for years.
The hospital and the WVO launched an investigation and confirmed the veracity of the claim.
There were six teams in the network, comprising both current and retired nurses and other medical personnel, one of whom has already confessed.
According to the hospital, those suspected of involvement have been suspended, pending further investigation.
