PTTEP Establishes 2 New Subsidiaries to Support Future Investments

PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP)announces that the company has established two subsidiaries to support future investments, per the following details:

1) Asia Power and Transportation SG Holding Pte. Ltd.has been established with registered capital of 50,000 US Dollars, consisting of 50,000 ordinary shares at 1 US Dollar each, with 100% shareholding by EP-Tech Ventures Holding Company Limited, a subsidiary of PTTEP.

2 ) Delta Gas Transportation SG Holding Pte. Ltd.has also been established with registered capital of 50,000 US Dollars, consisting of 50,000 ordinary shares at 1 US Dollar each, with 100% shareholding by Asia Power and Transportation SG Holding Pte. Ltd.
