บ้านติดล้อที่แปลงมาจากรถบัส GMC Commuter Greyhound รุ่นปี 1996 นี้เป็นของคุณ Jessie Lipskin สาวผู้เติบโตในเมืองอันเนืองแน่นด้วยผู้คนอย่างแมนฮัตตัน จึงทำให้เธอคุ้นเคยกับการอยู่อาศัยอย่างมีคุณภาพแม้ในพื้นที่จำกัด และยิ่งด้วยความเป็นคนมินิมัลไม่สะสมข้างขอเครื่องใช้อะไรเกินจำเป็น แถมยังมีนิสัยชอบสำรวจออกเดินทาง รถบ้านก็เลยกลายเป็นตัวเลือกที่อยู่อาศัยแสนเพอร์เฟคท์ของเจสซี่
เธอเลือกซื้อรสบัสรุ่นเก่าแทนที่จะเป็นซื้อรถบ้าน RV (Recreation vehicle) เพราะรูปทรงอย่างหลังดูทันสมัยเฉียบคมไปหน่อย หลังได้มันมาในราคาดีจาก e-bay การแปลงโฉมรสบัสวินเทจเป็นบ้านที่แสนน่าอยู่ สวยดูดี มีฟังก์ชั่นการใช้งานครบ ก็กินเวลาเข้าไปร่วม 3 ปี กับงบประมาณ 70,000 ดอลลาร์สหรัฐ (ประมาณ 2.33 ล้าน) และได้ฤกษ์อยู่อาศัยจริงๆ ก็เมื่อเดือนมกราคม 2018 ที่ผ่านมานี้เอง

บ้านรสบัสของเธอมีโซนพักผ่อนสองส่วน วางฟูกนุ่มๆ ไว้นอนได้สบาย มีห้องครัวขนาดพอดีๆ ซิงค์ใหญ่พอที่จะได้งานได้อย่างสะดวกสบาย เคาน์เตอร์ครัวท็อปไม้ มีเตาอบและเตาไฟใช้งานทำอาหารได้จริง ห้องน้ำแบบยืนอาบได้ไม่มีอึดอัด ตู้เสื้อผ้าขนาดใหญ่ 3 หลัง ลิ้นชักและชั้นเก็บของถูกแทรกเอาไว้ตามส่วนต่างๆ อย่างสวยงามลงตัว ระบบส่องสว่างใช้ไปแอลอีดีหรี่ความสว่างได้ตามต้องการ และยังมีเครื่องปรับอากาศอีก 2 ตัว
