RCL Invests ฿7.56Bn to Buy 2 Vessels, with Delivery in 4Q22 

Regional Container Lines Public Company Limited (RCL) announced that the company or the subsidiary buy 2 vessels, 12000 TEU each. Two vessels total USD 230 million or approximately THB 7,565.620 million. Payment will be made in 4 Installments on 20/10/20/50% basis with delivery around the 4th quarter of 2022 and the 1st quarter of 2023 respectively. The purpose and expected benefit of this transaction is for its own use.
