Infraset Edges Higher as Company Unveils New Contract Signing Worth THB413 Million

The share price of Infraset Public Company Limited (INSET) rose THB0.20/share or 3.51% to THB5.90/shareas of 11:36 p.m. local time in Thailand, with a trading value of THB95 million.

INSET announced on Wednesday (November 24), through the Stock Exchange of Thailand that the company has signed the Contract to Sell and Purchase Land and Building of EEC Data Center Project and the Maintenance Service Contract with the total contract value of THB413 million (excluding VAT). 

INSET will design and construct the Data Center, as well as provide maintenance services for equipment facilities in the second to fifth years following the end of the warranty period.

The project scope comprises land acquisition and building construction, as well as mechanical and electrical (M&E) system installation for DATA CENTER compliance with the Uptime Institute's Tier III standard. The delivery of the project is expected within 240 days.
