PLANB Establishes 2 JV for Boxing and e-Sport Businesses

Plan B Media Public Company Limited (PLANB) would like to inform that the Board of Director’s Meeting No. 5/2021 held on July 23, 2021, agreed to allow Plan B Eleven Company Limited (PB 11), subsidiaries of the Company to establish 2 joint venture companies as follows:

1) Global Sport Ventures Company Limited (GSV) (Subsidiary), a holding company related to boxing business with a registered capital of 20,000,000 baht.

2) Mainstand Creator Thailand Company Limited (Mainstand Creator) (Associated Company) with a registered capital of 20,000,000 to conduct business related to e-Sport and to publish sport related content.
