AIE Surges by 6% ahead of SET Index inclusion on Nov. 11

The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) announced on Wednesday thatAI Energy Public Company Limited (AIE)will be promoted to the SET index from MAI, effective November 11, 2021, under the Energy & Utilities sector.

AIE is a manufacturer and distributor of biodiesel, palm oil, refined glycerine, and palm oil and by-products.

As of 11:41 local time in Thailand, the share price of AIE rose ฿0.30/share or 6.25% to฿5.10/share, with a trading value of 40 million baht.
