IVL Appoints “Harald Link” as Independent Director

Indorama Ventures Public Company Limited (IVL) announced that Board of Directors at their Meeting No. 7/2021 held on November 1, 2021 passed the resolutions to acknowledge the resignation of Mr. Michael G. DeSombre, an independent director, with effect from October 31, 2021, and to appoint Mr. Harald Link as an independent director in place of Mr. Michael G. DeSombre with effect from November 1, 2021.
