SVH Teams Up with SCB 10X to Form “Samawat Health” for Providing Telemedicine Services

Samitivej Public Company Limited (SVH) announced that the company has established a new subsidiary Samawat Health Co., Ltd.to conduct e-commerce business, providing digital platform for telemedicine services in the area of Dermatology and Beauty facilitating users accessibility of healthcare and related services, with the registered capital of 50,000,000 baht. 

According to the shareholding’s structure, SVH, by Digital Health Venture Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of the company holds 60% of registered capital and SCB 10X Co., Ltd. holds 40% of registered capital.
