WORK Set Up “TPOP Incorporation” to Manage Artists and Operate Online Platforms

Workpoint Entertainment Public Company Limited (WORK) announced that the company has approved Thai Broadcasting Company Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, to establish the new registered joint venture company namely TPOP Incorporation Co., Ltd. (TPOP), with the value of investment of 90 million baht.

WORK will own 60% of the registered capital and SCB 10X Co., Ltd. will own 40%.

The investment's objective is to facilitate in business expansion, with a particular emphasis on artist management and online platforms.
