BGRIM Forms “B.Grimm Power LNG JV” to Operate LNG Sourcing and Trading Business

B.Grimm Power Public Company Limited (BGRIM) has announced that on April 26, 2021, the company established a new subsidiary, B.Grimm Power LNG JV Limited, with a registered capital of 1,000,000 baht in accordance with the principle as approved by the Board of Directors on March 24, 2021 to operate liquefied natural gas (LNG) sourcing and trading business.
