Digital China and INSEAD Jointly Release First AI Case

In his speech, Guo Wei pointed out that the interaction of Business Model, Technology Architecture, and Management Approach forms a growth flywheel that drives enterprise evolution—at the core of which lies business processes. Therefore, deeply integrating AI into the reengineering of business processes will be key to the commercialization of AI.
