LHASA, April 16 (Xinhua) -- Thirteen monks were on Tuesday awarded the prestigious Tibetan Buddhist academic degree Geshe Lharampa, equivalent to a doctorate in mainstream higher education, in southwest China's Xizang Autonomous Region.
