BEIJING, Feb. 21 (Xinhua) -- During the Spring Festival holiday, many Yingge dance teams have staged wonderful performances across China.

The Yingge dance, or "dance to the hero's song," is a folk dance of south China's Guangdong Province which has enjoyed growing popularity nationwide in recent years. As a dynamic blend of theater, dance, and martial arts, it was listed among the first batch of national intangible cultural heritage in 2006.
